Application fee is $59 per lease holder. Application fee is non-refundable.

Garages- $65

In addition to your deposit there is a $200 amenity fee. Pet deposit is $350 per pet Two pets allowed per apartment. Large dogs welcome. Breed restrictions, management discretion.

Preferred Employer discounts available. Preferred employers include: Wake Medical Center, Raleigh Community Hospital/Duke Healthcare, Rex Hospital, Wake County Public School Systems, BB and T Corporate Office, Wachovia Corporate Office, Bayada Traveling Nurses Program, North Carolina State Department Employees and Military Recruiting Office Discount. Discount is 5% off each months rent for a 12-month lease.

When touring our community, please be ready to present a valid drivers license to one of our leasing staff. Please be aware that before leasing at our community, our staff will conduct a credit and criminal background check. These procedures are in place to ensure that our community is kept at it's highest standard.
